    New AL619 scanner trying to connect to 2001 Elantra and scanner stops at "protocol - KWP-2000" can not get it to continue from here. Scanner connects with 2012 Elantra and works fine.

    Since the Elantra program works fine with 2012, then this program is good. ...For you 2001 Elantra, I would suggest you check the DLC in your car. Sometimes bad connection may freeze the test.
